As a consequence, it reduces the degree of involvement in the job process, and it may drop work motivation. Work motivation is a set of internal and external driving forces that motivate the individual to work. The tolerance for ambiguity are considered as determinants of work motivation for the first time in the national psychology. Interaction has the greatest incentive for programmers with high tolerance. The key motivators for intolerant for ambiguity programmers are the feedback obtained from the work, responsibility for work, meaning of work, autonomy and completed quests. The possibilities of practical application of the results and prospects for further research are considered.
