The Public Health Center was the person in charge which organizes health efforts for the first level. Existing health services at the Public Health Center had to fulfilled in accordance with the Minimum Service Standard. In the implementation of minimum service standards performed by the health center was expected to provide results that affect the satisfaction of patients' families in the utilization of mental health services. This study aimed to determine how the relationship regarding the achievement of mental health Minimum Service Standards with the level of family satisfaction and mental disorder patients in the Polokarto sub-district health center. This research was a quantitative study with cross sectional research design. The number of samples in this study were 66 respondents, with a purposive sampling technique. Instrument data collection used a questionnaire with a total of 23 questions about the Minimum Service Standards of mental health and 20 questions about mental health service satisfaction, while data analysis used bivariate analysis. The results of this study were that there was a less significant relationship between achievement minimum service standards of mental health with family satisfaction of mental disorder patients in Polokarto health centers.
