The thesis is focused on streamlining the production process on the selected workplace in the company Continental Barum s.r.o. The theoretical part describes the main methods of industrial engineering, which are used for the practical and the project part. The practical part contains the description of the company, characteristics of production, the analysis of the current status on the selected workplace and its evaluation. The project part defines the goals of the project, the project team and schedule. There are proposals for streamlining the production process and evaluated the benefits of the project.
