Formula and preparation method for moringa health wine

The invention discloses a formula and a preparation method for moringa health wine. The formula comprises a moringa powder and one or more of raw materials, namely kudzuvine roots, burdock roots, fragrant solomonseal rhizome and the like. The moringa powder is prepared by mixing one or more of moringa roots, stems, leaves, flowers and seeds, drying, grinding, and screening the mixture through a 100-200-mesh sieve. The moringa powder is soaked with water at the temperature of 30 DEG C, solid is separated from liquid, the solid is dried till the moisture is smaller than or equal to 20 percent, yeast is added to perform sterile fermentation, soaking is carried out with raw base wine, filtration is carried out through diatomite, filter liquor is collected to obtain simple recipe liquor which is blended in different proportions and is adjusted to have different alcoholic strengths, and then standing, filtration with diatomite, reverse osmosis filtration, sterilization and filling are carried out to obtain moringa wine. The moringa wine can embody multiple functions according to different formulae.
