In this article shown the results of studies using the model drug-hemoglobin, that consider ketorolak trometamine's action on the proteins molecules. The authors establish, that ketorolak trometamine do not cause the irreversible protein’s denaturation. However it was determine the hemoglobine’s buffer capacity increase, that can be evidence of some conformational modification in the protein’s structure.
