2019
The aim of this study was to analyze the profile and perception of Pharmacy graduates regarding the influence of their undergraduate curriculum on their professional performance, and the changes of the market. Descriptive and exploratory research was developed to address the aspects of undergraduate education, based on the knowledge of graduates of the Pharmacy course at a private college, specialized in Health, which uses the Problem Based Learning method in Recife, Northeast Brazil. The obtained results included the opinion of 38 graduates (34.86%) of classes with graduation conclusion from 2011.2 to 2017.1. Among them, 97.37% evaluated the method as a differential to its formation and 100% stated that the tutorial group dynamics made it more critical. Another point highlighted by the graduates (97.37%) was their insertion in the stages throughout their education. It was reported that 78.95% of the former students entered the job market immediately after the graduation. As points for improvement of the Course Pedagogical Project, they highlighted more incentive to research (2.63%), extension (2.63%), and the approach of chemistry in tutorials (7.89%). It was concluded that the curricular differentials in the undergraduate course contributed to the professional performance of the  graduates in the labor market and that the given return will provide possibilities for improvement for the management and evaluation of the Course Pedagogical Project .
