Water dispersive fluorine-containing water and oil repellent and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a water dispersive fluorine-containing water and oil repellent and a preparation method thereof. The fluorine-containing water and oil repellent is emulsion comprising fluorine-containing copolymer serving as the active ingredient, which is formed in a mode that emulsified liquid comprising a monomer is polymerized under the existence of an initiator. The emulsified liquid comprising the monomer consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 5 percent to 45 percent of monomer, 0.5 percent to 5 percent of emulsifier, 0 to 15 percent of organic solvent and the balance water, wherein the monomer consists of a first monomer comprising perfluoroalkyl chain segments with short carbon chains and a rigid unit and other vinyl monomers besides the first monomer; and the emulsifier is a quaternary ammonium salt emulsifier comprising hydrophilic chain segments and oleophylic chain segments. Compared with the prior art, the water dispersive fluorine-containing water and oil repellent has excellent water and oil repellency, the biotoxicity and the permanent accumulation performance of the water dispersive fluorine-containing water and oil repellent are reduced, and the stability and the homogeneity of the water dispersive fluorine-containing water and oil repellent are improved.
