The push message sending method comprises the steps that after a report message returned from an industry gateway is received, whether the device is a source sending device of a push message corresponding to the report message is judged; if yes, push message status information in the report message is recorded in a sending list; the sending list is sent to a system database; and if no, a push message identifier and the push message status information that are carried in the report message are sent to the cache database. The push message sending system, the push message sending method, the push message sending device, the push message sending server, the push message data maintenance method, the push message data maintenance device and the cache data base can solve the problems that a source sending server cannot receive the complete report message in a load balancing mode in the available push message sending technique, and the sending ability of the sending server is limited in a hot backup mode.
