The invention discloses an analysis device and method for determining trace fluorine ions in a blood sample online. The device comprises a membrane assisted distillation pre-treatment assembly and an ion chromatography system, wherein the membrane assisted distillation pre-treatment assembly is connected with the ion chromatography system through a constant-flow pump of the membrane assisted distillation pre-treatment assembly; the membrane assisted distillation pre-treatment assembly mainly comprises an ultrasonic assisted heating device, a hollow fiber membrane reactor and a constant-flow pump; the ultrasonic assisted heating device is arranged in the heating device and is provided with four connectors capable of being sealed; and the ultrasonic assisted heating device is communicated with the hollow fiber membrane reactor through the connectors of the hollow fiber membrane reactor. According to the analysis device and method, by adopting the self-made membrane assisted distillation pre-treatment assembly and searching conditions, online automation of a pre-treatment method is realized; and the pre-treatment method is combined with an ion chromatography, so that the online automatic analysis of the fluorine ions in a complicated sample is realized and the method is accurate and rapid and has high sensitivity.
