Личностно-развивающая ситуация как оптимальное условие профессиональной подготовки будущих учителей

The problem of improvement of the pedagogical staff in high school is rather actual. During skilled-work we develop creation of a individual-developing situations in system of the individual-creative preparation of the future teachers to professional work. The article illustrates the maintenance of the work spent for this plan by teachers of pedagogical institute.
