The invention relates to an autonomic interaction and disposal system for spacecraft on-orbit propellant supplementing data. The system comprises a propellant supplementing subsystem of an active party spacecraft and a propellant supplementing subsystem of a passive party spacecraft, the propellant supplementing subsystem of the active party spacecraft comprises a docking bus of the active party spacecraft, and a supplementing controlling device of the active party spacecraft; the propellant supplementing subsystem of the passive party spacecraft comprises a docking bus of the passive party spacecraft, and a supplementing controlling device of the passive party spacecraft. The docking bus of the active party spacecraft is connected with the docking bus of the passive party spacecraft to provide a supplementing data interactive channel, and the supplementing controlling device of the active party spacecraft is used for creating supplementing data indicating the supplementing state of the active party spacecraft and the supplementing controlling device of the passive party spacecraft is used for creating supplementing data indicating the supplementing state of the passive party spacecraft. The autonomic degree and safety of the on-orbit propellant supplementing are enhanced effectively.
