Ultrasonically-guided biopsy in orbital tumors

In general ultrasonically-guided biopsy can be done more safely and accurately than that by the blind method. In ophthalmology ultrasonically-guided biopsy has not been common, due to orbital specific structure and limited manipulation of the B-mode probe.
