920 CHOLESTASIS INCREASES THE RATE OF COMPLICATIONS AND ONE YEAR MORTALITY IN PATIENTS WITH HYPOXIC HEPATITIS

2011
(r =0.852, P 0.05). By contrast, after PE treatment the mean levels of AOPP were markedly decreased in the survival group (from 66.16±16.47 to 25.12±6.46umol/L, P < 0.001) in contrast to the nonsurvival group (from 76.22±14.66 to 45.26±17.86umol/L, P < 0.001) (P < 0.001). Conclusions: AOPP can assess and monitor the levels of oxidative stress in ACLF patients. The changes of AOPP after PE treatment maybe contribute to predict the prognosis.
