Libro interactivo digital para mejorar la comprensión lectora en estudiantes de nivel medio

Abstract This research work presents the problem at the "Alejandro Cardenas" school located in Quito - Ecuador, the institution does not have a web page that allows improving the teaching process in reading and interest in it through ICT in middle level students. The objective was to develop a virtual learning environment with a 2.0 tool, which serves to increase the interest in reading in the students of the medium level of basic general education at the Alejandro Cardenas school. The methodology used was constructivism and connectivism based on the theories of Piaget, Ausubel, Vygotsky and Siemens. The research was based on a mixed approach using qualitative and quantitative data. We worked with a web page 2.0 - WEBNODE considering that within the institution it will be a great help for students and teaching staff, very friendly and easy to use, very interactive and striking aid to the teaching-learning process, you do not need to buy a domain to its use. Finally, the proposal was valued by specialists, concluding that the proposal is excellent for students of fifth, sixth and seventh years of basic general education that allows reading learning.
