Simulation Analysis of Unit Split for Rig ZJ40Box Block

The box-type structure of rig substructure is unique,and parts simulation components are difficult to direct space beam element.Cell split method will not use beams of component turning into a unit capable of handling space beam element,and thus for finite element simulation analysis of box-type rig substructure.The results show that the unit after the split method of the base model will more truly reflect the base shape of original member;treated base displacement deformation and stress distribution conforms to the actual situation and to meet project needs.
