Integral-hole cross sliding construction process of segment assembled simple supported box beam

2009
The invention discloses an integral-hole cross sliding construction process of a segment assembled simple supported box beam, comprising the following steps: (1) supporting beam: vertically supporting and lifting a beam to be cross slid through a beam supporting jack; (2) distributing upper and lower cross sliding slideways: distributing an upper slideway and a lower slideway used for cross sliding at the bottom of the beam to be cross slid; (3) distributing horizontal supporting and pushing jack for cross sliding: arranging a vertical reaction frame at the back of the lower slideway to ensure that the front part of the supporting and pushing jack supports against the upper slideway, and the rear part supports against the vertical reaction frame through a back bearing pad; (4) cross sliding: supporting and pushing the upper slideway to carry out cross sliding through the supporting and pushing jack, and continuing the next supporting and pushing course when the travel of the supporting and pushing jack achieves a maximum value until the beam to be cross slid is cross slid to a designed position; and (5) subsequent construction: falling the beam to be cross slid at the designed position to a permanent support seat. The invention has the advantages of little construction difficulty, convenient operation, short construction period, slow cross sliding process of the integral-hole beam body, high safety factor and easy control of a line shape.
