Evidence based practice translated through global nurse partnerships

Abstract This paper highlights the impact of translating evidence into practice between two nursing leaders, one from the United States and one from Botswana, Africa to strengthen global nurse partnerships, and to propose a plan to enhance nursing knowledge and skills. One of the challenges nurses face in under-resourced countries is the ability to collaborate with nurses who have access to professional development, evidence based practice, and nursing education resources.
