Not Every Case of Temporal Arteritis Is Giant Cell Arteritis. Microscopic Polyangiitis Involving the Temporal Artery

To the Editor:Microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) is a small vessel vasculitis associated with antineutrophil cystoplasmatic antibodies (ANCAs). The presentation can be diverse, but involvement of the temporal artery is rare.We report the case of a 65-year-old patient who presented with a clinical pictur
