3Ds teaching method model

With the economics developing in many countries, the professionals from different layer in the firm are acting their specific roles. The gray collars are performing important roles among the organization of the human resources. The demanding of the gray collars is a challenge to the traditional education mode. This paper first tries to use the knowledge management theory to discuss the higher vocational technical education; then explores the project-driven, work-process and workshops based teaching methods; finally, provides a definition of “3Ds teaching method model”, combining these three teaching methods together, to enhance the quality of the vocational education course teaching.
