Pocket cell having contents cache function and method for providing service the same

Disclosed are a personal mobile base station with a cache function and a service providing method thereof. The personal mobile base station broadcasts a service providing function corresponding to content to a peripheral terminal after the personal mobile base station is connected to a service providing server and downloads and stores the content. The personal mobile base station supplies the downloaded and stored content to the peripheral terminal if a service request is generated from the peripheral terminal.
