Деривация мочи в гетеротопический мочевой пузырь. Показания и результаты

The evidences for urine derivation in heterotopic urinary bladder and the results of these operations are analyzed in the article. The own material is presented by 12 cases of forming of different modification of accumulator tanks with a "dry" urinostoma. The author's method of reconstruction of "dry" urinostoma is described. The results of microbiologic uric analyzes of the patients with accumulation tank have been examined. Comparing life quality of these patients and patients with orthotopic urinary bladder significant difference has not been discovered (p=0,68).
