Rapid Determination of Trace Cadmium in Nanyang Color Wheat by Microwave Digesting Samples

A new determination method of trace cadmium in wheat was set up.Nanyang grey wheat,blue wheat,common violet wheat and viotet durum wheat were selected as the materials.Cadmium-selective electrode with direct reading concentration method was adopted and compared with Chinese standard to determine trace cadmium in Nanyang color wheat,after samples were digested by high-pressure microwave.This method was directly observable,quick,simple and sensitive.
