MEJORA DEL CONOCIMIENTO EN LOS OPERARIOS DEL SECTOR INDUSTRIAL MEDIANTE EL ABP INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE KNOWLEDGE CYCLE

It is important to promote awareness among operators of industrial installations, in order to improve the performance in the troubleshooting and improvement of their dedication in the company. (ABP) problem-based learning can be defined as a methodology where the starting point is a problem or a situation that has a problem. On the basis of these situations the operator develops explanatory hypotheses and identifies learning needs that allow you to better understand the problem and fulfill the objectives marked. An additional step is to identify which are related to the acquired knowledge and principles that can be applied to other situations. This article shows the methodology and its application in an enterprise environment.
