This paper mainly re-explores the personality upgrade and school style construction with dual principals-training models.It analyzes from the following aspects: the concept of training patterns,the choice of target and effectiveness,the focus on the reflection of the possibility of upgrading principals′ personalities in constructing school′s characteristics.And the possibility,the conditions and the effectiveness in the training principals′ personal characteristics and the school style can be simultaneously upgraded.
