Сравнительная характеристика внутрибольничных гнойно-септических инфекций новорожденных при различных технологиях выхаживания

To estimate the influence of different neonates management techniques upon pyo-septic hospital infections epidemic process in obstetrical department during the period from 1998 to 2008 the complete continuous epidemic observation of 23302 newborns was carried out. High epidemiological efficiency of combination of modern complex of epidemiological and obstetrical techniques in comparison with the ones, previously used, has been revealed. The basis of neonates management techniques are the principles of individual isolation and ecological approach to the conditions of hospital stay. Frequency of hospital infection incidence in newborns 2,58 times decreased: gastrointestinal infections 29 times, infections of skin 6,5 times, candidiasis incidence 5,78 times, conjunctivitis 1,9 times.
