On the physical relevance of the optimized perturbative QCD predictions for ${{e}^{+}}{{e}^{-}}$ annihilation at low energies

The dependence of the fourth order QCD calculation of the ratio on the renormalization scheme is studied with the aim of assessing the physical relevance of the PMS optimized result at low energies.
