Professional Responsibility in Practice: Advocacy in the Law School Curriculum

Details of a research study which explores the feasibility of introducing the practice of student advocacy in the law school curriculum are presented. Results from interviews with judicial officials and legal practitioners, which highlight that limited student advocacy can be allowed since it meets required standards of professional competence and ethics, are discussed.
