Process for producing nanocomposites of clay dispersed polymer resin

PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing nanocomposites of clay dispersed polymer resin by a compounding method, which can perfectly delaminate even silicate plates as a base unit of the clay. CONSTITUTION: The nanocomposites of clay dispersed polymer resin are produced by adding and extruding a polystyrene acrylonitrile copolymer resin, a polyacrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer resin, or a polyvinyl chloride resin and polycaprolactone and organized clay, wherein the molecular weight of the polycaprolactone is 10,000-100,000 and the amount of the added polycaprolactone is 20-40wt% based on the total.
