Rise and fall bed and rising and falling method thereof

The invention discloses a rise and fall bed which comprises a bed plate assembly, a support assembly and swing rod assemblies. The bed plate assembly is connected to the support assembly through the swing rod assemblies and rises or falls relative to the support assembly through vertical swinging of the swing rod assemblies. The invention further discloses a rising and falling method of the rise and fall bed. The rising and falling method comprises a falling method and a rising method; the falling method comprises the following step that the swing rod assemblies are downwards rotated relative to the support assembly to enable the bed plate assembly to fall to the lowest point along with the swing rod assemblies; the rising method comprises the following step that the swing rod assemblies are upwards rotated relative to the support assembly to enable the bed plate assembly to rise to the highest point along with the swing rod assemblies. According to the rise and fall bed and the rising and falling method thereof, the bed plate assembly can flexibly rise and fall and is easy to operate, and the rise and fall bed and the rising and falling method thereof are especially suitable for being applied to a double-layer folding structure.
