Економічна безпека в умовах діджиталізації: сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку інформаційного суспільства

One of the major global trends in the modern society development is the digitization of processes in various spheres of the economic activity. It is noted that issues of the economic digitization are of great interest among scientists. An analysis of the definition "digital economy" has been given. The positive results of the business activities of the enterprises due to the introduction of the digital technologies and the possible negative consequences and risks have been identified. The foundation of the digital economy and the main tools, that used in the process of the economic digitization have been considered. It is noted that the big data, blockchain technology, quantum technologies, artificial intelligence, foggy (cloud) computing, virtual reality and other advanced technologies are the basis of the digital economy. The application of the decision support systems and artificial intelligence in practice, the synergistic use of contributes for increasing of the decision making efficiency are the sources of the main tools. Attention is drawn to the fact that the basis of the digital economy is its business unit, namely the digital company, which is interested in the adaptation and transfer of its business processes on-line. The profitability tendency for the introduction of the digitalization technologies in different spheres of the economic activity in the world market has been determined and the income forecast for the next years is obtained. It is expected that the profitability growth from the implementation of the digitization technologies according to the results of forecasting will be stable at the level of 10%. The state of the economic digitization of the leading countries of the world, their rating and the investment in advanced technologies have been analyzed. It is shown that the share of funds allocated for the digitiation in Ukraine is currently low compared to other countries in the world. The urgency of the creation of state programs for the development of the digital economy and the legal regulation of the digitization processes have been indicated. It is noted that the use of intelligent information technologies allows to accelerate the analysis process of the various problems in different fields. There are technical, economic, social and environmental fields. The competitive advantages of companies, sectors of the national economy and the country depend on the level of digitization. Leadership countries, or those seeking to be the frontrunners, need to dynamically implement digital tools in different sectors of the economy. A new educational and professional program for training of the digital economists has been proposed.
