Electroconductive laminate and film shielding electromagnetic waves to plasma screens and protective plates for plasma screens.

2006
An electroconductive laminate comprising a substrate and an electroconductive film having a three-layer structure having a first oxide layer, a metal layer and a second oxide layer laminated sequentially from the substrate side, or having a structure of 3xn layers (wherein n is an integer at least 2) having the structure above three layers repeatedly, wherein the first oxide layer is a layer containing, calculated as oxides, "ZnO" and "TiO2 or Nb2O5" in a total amount of at least 90% by mass based on the total of the first oxide layer mass; the metal layer is a silver containing layer; and the second oxide layer is a member selected from the group consisting of, calculated as oxides, a layer containing ZnO and Al2O3 in a total amount of at least 90 mass% based on the total mass of the second oxide layer, a layer containing ZnO and Ga2O3 in a total amount of at least 90 mass% based on the total mass of the second oxide layer, a layer containing In2O3 and SnO2 in a total amount of at least 90 mass% based on the total mass of the second oxide layer, a layer containing In2O3 and CeO2 in a total amount of at least 90% by based on the total mass of the second oxide layer dough, and a layer containing SnO2 in an amount of at least 90% by mass based on the total of the second oxide layer mass.
