The utility model discloses a boiler waste heat recovery heat exchanging device which is composed of a casing body, a steam inlet, a condensate water outlet, a cold water inlet and a cold water outlet, and is characterized in that: a plurality of steam channels and liquid channels in spaced arrangement are arranged in the casing body; the steam channels are tubes with good heat conducting and pressure bearing performance; both ends of the steam channels are respectively connected with tube sheet receiving plates connected with the casing body, liquid channels communicated with each other are respectively formed between the two tube sheet receiving plates and on the exterior of the steam channels, and are also communicated with the cold water inlet and the cold water outlet respectively; a spiral plate is arranged in the casing body and the steam channels penetrate through the holes on the spiral plate; a seal hollow cavity is formed by both ends of the steam channels, the upper and lower ends of the casing body, and is respectively communicated with the steam inlet and the condensate water outlet. The boiler waste heat recovery heat exchanging device has the advantages of stable operation, high recovery rate, high safety, strong operability, long service life and high cost performance.
