Are theme parks culturally bound? A transatlantic experience

The improving world economy and the marked trend towards increased leisure time will enhance the development of a range of tourist and entertainment venues. The intemationalisation of companies will encourage an increasing number of operators to conduct their operations in foreign countries. Foreign operations involve a range of issues beyond the scope of normal domestic operations, not the least of which is having to deal with a market and workforce with different cultural backgrounds and values.
