Indonesia is trying to improve its vaccination program so that every community can be vaccinated. Vaccination is not only for healthy people but also for at-risk people. Vaccination measures for people with hypertension need to be educated and collaborated with health workers to lower blood pressure to get the vaccine. There were 25 people with hypertension, and only 23 were allowed to continue the vaccine. The other people go home and educate them to treat at the primary health care and consult a cardiologist. Educational interventions for healthy lifestyles, adequate activity and rest, and the administration of antihypertensive drugs are among the exercises given to lower blood pressure. So that further education and evaluation are needed for the second dose of vaccine, especially in people with hypertension. Keywords: education, collaboration, the first COVID-19 vaccine, hypertension EDUKASI DAN KOLABORASI UNTUK MASYARAKAT DENGAN HIPERTENSI PENERIMA VAKSIN 1 DI KOTA TANGERANG, BANTEN ABSTRAK Pandemi hingga hari ini belum selesai. Indonesia berupaya meningkatkan program vaksinasi agar setiap masyarakat dapat divaksin. Vaksinasi tidak hanya untuk orang sehat akan tetapi untuk orang berisiko juga diperbolehkan. Tindakan vaksinasi untuk orang dengan hipertensi perlu dilakukan edukasi dan kolaborasi tenaga kesehatan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah agar dapat vaksin. Terdapat 25 orang dengan hipertensi dan hanya 23 yang diperbolehkan untuk melanjutkan vaksin. 2 orang lainnya disarakan pulang dan edukasi untuk melakukan perawatan di puskesmas dan konsultasi dengan dokter jantung. Intervensi edukasi pola hidup sehat, aktivitas dan istirahat yang cukup serta pemberian obat anti hipertensi menjadi salah satu aktivitas yang diberikan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah. Sehingga perlu edukasi lanjut dan evaluasi untuk vaksin dosis ke 2 terutama pada orang dengan hipertensi. Kata Kunci : edukasi, kolaborasi, vaksin pertama COVID-19, hipertensi
