Application of configuration software in monitoring system of furnace temperature

According to an application examples between configuration software and PLC,the basic principle of the communication and data collection between configuration software and PLC based on industrial Ethernet and OPC is introduced.A new furnace temperature control system is designed.Real-time communication between computer and S7-300 series PLC was realized in VB.Relevant software flowchart was given.Practical application shows that the system can realize the function of furnace temperature monitoring,and also has stable and reliable operation,the quality of the products has been improved.
