Luminous paint system

The invention provides a luminous paint system. The luminous paint system comprises a substrate layer, a primer layer, a base plate conducting layer, a dielectric layer, a luminescent layer and a transparent conducting layer. The primer layer is the transparent material coated on the substrate layer. The base plate conducting layer is the aqueous conducting base plate material coated on the primer layer. The dielectric layer is the aqueous dielectric material coated on the base plate conducting layer. The luminescent layer is the aqueous illuminant material coated on the dielectric layer. The transparent conducting layer is the aqueous transparent conducting electrode material coated on the luminescent layer. The base plate conducting layer, the dielectric layer, the luminescent layer and the transparent conductive layer are coated through spray conformal coatings. Voltage is imposed between the base plate conducting layer and the transparent conductive layer. The luminescent layer emits light. The aqueous conducting base plate material comprises by weight 5-10 parts of (methyl)acrylic acid ester copolymers, 1-5 parts of conductive materials and 80-95 parts of water.
