The invention discloses a television program review information processing method and a television program review information processing system. The method comprises comment display. The comment display specifically comprises the following steps that: a television playing terminal transmits a comment display request to a server, wherein the comment display request carries currently-played television program information and a current playing time point T1; the server acquires comment information of a first time period from T1-delta t to T1+delta t according to the comment display request, and transmits the comment information to the television playing terminal; and the television playing terminal displays the comment information of the first time period from T1-delta t to T1+delta t in a comment display window. According to the television program review information processing method and system of the invention, all comment information in the time period where the time point T1 is located can be obtained according to the current playing time point T1, and therefore, a situation in which comment information is excluded from required comment information because of the lag of the release of the comment information can be avoided, and therefore, complete comment information of current playing time can be provided for a user, and the interaction of television programs can be more intelligent and more comprehensive.
