1990 data taking period results of the DELPHI CDM system

Abstract The capacitive displacement measuring system (CDMS) is briefly described. This system has been designed for monitoring and controlling the relative position of the Microvertex inside the Delphi apparatus. We summarize the CDMS results obtained during the 1990 working period.
