The invention discloses a pump-controlled power recovery hydraulic control system of a hydraulic cylinder testing test stand. The pump-controlled power recovery hydraulic control system of the hydraulic cylinder testing test stand comprises a tested hydraulic cylinder pump control system which is used for controlling the moving speed and the displacement of a tested hydraulic cylinder, a loading hydraulic cylinder pump control system which is used for controlling loading force of a loading hydraulic cylinder, an auxiliary system which is formed by a low-pressure oil replenishing system and a control oil system, and a power recovery system. A main pump motor, a main pump and a loading motor are coaxially and mechanically connected, the main pump motor is used for driving the main pump, most output power of the main pump is finally recovered to the loading motor, the loading motor drives the main pump through mechanical transmission and the power repetitively circulates among the main pump motor, the main pump, the loading motor and the main pump to achieve the goal of power recovery. The pump-controlled power recovery hydraulic control system of the hydraulic cylinder testing test stand has the advantages of low energy consumption, less emitted heat, low installed power and the like by adopting a closed pump control system.
