PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine for treatment and/or prevention of respiratory diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive lung disease by EP2 agonistic effects. SOLUTION: The medicine comprises a novel pyridylaminoacetic acid compound represented by formula (I) (wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , Y and Z is as defined in other descriptions), or its pharmacologically acceptable salt, as an active ingredient.
