Approaches to the Implementation of Information-Analytical Processes in Complex Technical-Organizational Systems

This article is devoted to analyzing the approaches to the implementation of information-analytical processes in complex technical-organizational systems. Every complex technical-organizational system has subsystems of obtaining of the incoming information and information-analytical processes of analyzing it. Among approaches to implementation of data verification manual, automatic, data clustering and neural network approaches were reviewed. Analysis of approaches to the implementation of information-analytical processes has included the implementation by developers in the program code of the system, implementation by experts in the program code of the system, implementation by experts in the software-instrumental environment of the system. In addition, the analysis of approaches to evaluation of the results of information-analytical processes was carried out. Calculation on request and calculation in the background approaches were reviewed. Every given situation declares special conditions to the approaches to implementation of data verification and information-analytical processes as well as its evaluation time scale. These approaches have been compared. System implementation example industrial information system of collecting and processing data GIAP-DISTcenter has been presented. The developed system, is capable of injuring and processing information, creating and promptly implementing changes in information-analytical processes using it’s software and instrumental environment and evaluating the results of these changes. It is shown how to obtain a synergistic effect by combining different approaches and ensuring interaction between them using analytical and neural network modules..
