Research on the establishment of human resource value measurement model

Through the analysis on characteristics of human resources and making use of statistic materials of labor cost in existing personnel management,the paper determines value of human resources by the criterion of post in the value measurement of individual human resource,and classifies value quantity of human resources according to personnel category by combining with industry characteristics in the value measurement of collective(organization)human resources,and establishes value measurement model of human resources.Taking obove information as the measurement foundation of human resources could improve the value of statistic materials of labor cost.
