Progress in Preparation of Monolithic Column for Capillary Electrochromatography

Monolithic columns for capillary electrochromatography has been hot due to its advantages of easy preparation without frit, excellent permeability, and high efficiency. Generally, they can be classified into two types: organic polymeric and silica-based monolithic columns. The preparation of monolithic column has not been mature and is to be developed in the near future.
