The invention relates to a compact frame type structure suitable for an SVG, and belongs to the technical field of power transmission and distribution of a power grid. The structure mainly comprises a casing, hollow square-tube epoxy drawing plastic angle upright columns, SVG power modules, groove type epoxy drawing plastic angles, SVG module guide rails and wiring grooves, wherein the specific openings are reserved at the bottom and the top of the casing for fixing the hollow square-tube epoxy drawing plastic angle upright columns so as to ensure that the hollow square-tube epoxy drawing plastic angle upright columns and the bottom and the top of the casing are completely vertical; the groove type epoxy drawing plastic angles and the hollow square-tube epoxy drawing plastic angle upright columns are vertically fixed, and three layers of each groove type epoxy drawing plastic angle are arranged from bottom to top, and each layer is a phase; the SVG power modules successively connect each layer of modules through copper bars according to electrical principles; and grooves of the groove type epoxy drawing plastic angles face outer sides, and the wring grooves are installed in the groove type epoxy drawing plastic angles and are fastened. The structure is taken as insulation support of an SVG module and has the advantages of small volume, convenient installation and maintenance, good electrical insulation performance, low cost and the like.
