Powder supply device for constructing shotcrete

The present invention relates to a powder supply device for shotcrete construction equipment, and according to the present invention, the powder supply device for shotcrete construction equipment having an accelerator tank storing a powder accelerator thereinto and discharging the powder accelerator through an outlet includes: a main frame fixed horizontally to the outlet of the accelerator tank having a first shaft hole formed on the center thereof, a mounting groove formed on the top surface thereof, and a discharge hole formed to vertically communicate with the mounting groove; a disk mounted on the mounting groove of the main frame having a second shaft hole formed on the center thereof filling the holes formed radially along the outer circumference thereof around the second shaft hole, each filling hole being located on the same line as the discharge hole of the main frame; a rotary shaft disposed to pass through the first shaft hole of the main frame and the second shaft hole of the disk in such a manner as to be rotated by the oil pressure or air pressure to rotate the disk; a compression member bolt-fixed to the main frame on one end thereof to compress the disk against the main frame; and an air pressure nozzle disposed on the compression member to apply air pressure to the powder accelerator filled into the filling holes of the disk and discharge the powder accelerator to the outside through the discharge hole of the main frame. According to the present invention, the powder supply device disposed on the outlet of the powder tank rotates the disk having the plurality of filling holes into which the accelerator of the powder tank is filled and discharges the accelerator filled into each filling hole to the outside by means of the compressed air, thus discharging a given quantity of accelerator to the outside.
