HPLC Determination of Geniposide in Yuye Qinghuo Capsule

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Yuye Qinghuo Capsule.METHODS The HPLC method was used at Welch Materials XB-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was of methanol-water(30∶70).The detective wavelength was 238 nm.RESULTS The linearity of this method was good with the average recovery of 99.0%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,quick and accurate.It can be used for the determination of the content of geniposide in Yuye Qinghuo Capsule.
