Tourist facilities dedicated to providing health services have a significant impact on the experience of their clients, since they not only contribute to making their stay a satisfactory experience, but also to their physical and mental well-being. This article presents a set of quantitative indicators to manage the quality of the tourist experience in health installations. Through a descriptive method that includes statistical analysis based on the Wilcoxon sign-rank test. The result was the diagnosis and improvement proposal for the quality of the services associated with the Rehabilitation of addictions from the perspective of basic tourist activities. The relevance of non-parametric statistics in the management of the quality of the tourist experience was demonstrated, the main deficiencies were identified and mechanisms for their correction are proposed, evidencing difficulties in the link quality of the rehabilitation-tourist experience.
