Experimental Platform for Studying the Impact of Environmental Electromagnetic Fields on Living Organisms

The paper describes the steps undertaken to design and implement an experimental platform with the purpose of identifying non-thermal biological effects in live animals in case of long-term exposure to low power, non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation, specific to the ambient electromagnetic environment. A typical Wi-Fi antenna operating in 2.4 GHz frequency band was adapted with adding a reflector so that the antenna directivity is improved.
