Funciones desempeñadas como asistente administrativo en el PNC-Maquinarias UBO Lambayeque del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento (Período 2014 – 2018)

This report entitled: Funciones desempenadas en el PNC Maquinarias del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construccion y Saneamiento. Periodo 2014 – 2018, has as main objective to highlight the work experience obtained, which allowed to detect the cause of the problems raised in the development of the administrative processes of the PNC-Machinery UBO Lambayeque. According to the report, the excessive documentation for the compliance of the fuel supply for the interventions carried out could be found as the main cause, as well as the lack of an organizational chart that allows defining the hierarchies in the area. It was possible to present the solutions to eliminate fuel handling procedures and propose the organization chart.
