Наш опыт ретроперитонеоскопической пиелолитотомии

The article presents the results of retroperitoneoscopic pyelolithotomy in treatment of 20 patients with large kidney calculi and comorbidities. 2 cases required conversion from mini-invasion because of stone migration. Hospital follow-up is 3-9 days, on average 5-6 days. Kidney drain with catheter-stent after the operation should be for 3-4 weeks.
